Aside from being one of the most genuinely enthusiastic people we have ever worked with, Nick's dedication to us, first time homebuyers from out of state, was truly remarkable. On top of that, he made the process of buying a home really fun. He is someone you can be real with and felt like a reliable and empathetic partner in each part of the process. At no point did it feel like he was trying to sell us any of the many homes we toured together, in person and virtually. He is as focused on uncovering the potential defects of a home as he is about enjoying the beauty of homes and their histories and their neighborhoods. Walking up to a house, he would often note the absence of gutters, or point out that cedar siding might mean more maintenance, etc; all the things he knows you really want to be considering.
